Chapter 7 Guarantee

I guarantee that I will do my best to evaluate your case and properly represent you. I will refund the attorney’s fees you pay to my firm if you file a Chapter 7 case that is dismissed without receiving a discharge. This guarantee is limited to clients who:

  1. Attend all required meetings and hearings.
  2. Timely provide all documents requested by my office or the trustee.
  3. Timely make all payments scheduled in the fee agreement.
  4. Make full and accurate disclosure of all information related to the preparation of their bankruptcy papers.
  5. Follow my advice regarding the filing and processing of the bankruptcy case.
  6. Complete their bankruptcy representation with my office.
